As we move into March, I want to take a moment to highlight the importance of ongoing education and training in our industry. Skilled technicians are the backbone of the RV business, and ensuring they have access to quality training is one of our top priorities.

This spring, we have excellent opportunities for technicians to enhance their skills:

Dometic Training – Two upcoming sessions will be held in Florida with only a few spots left, there are links in this month’s newsletter to register. These sessions provide hands-on training with Dometic products, allowing technicians to gain valuable expertise directly from the manufacturer.

Additionally, I encourage all members to take advantage of our FRVTA training video library at rvdln.org. This platform offers on-demand educational content covering essential topics for RV service professionals. Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned expert, these resources are designed to keep you at the top of your game.

On the event front, March is an exciting month with two key regional shows: the Ocala RV Show being held March 6-9 at the Florida Horse Park and the Orlando RV Show March 13th-16th at the Osceola Heritage Park.

We remain committed to supporting our members with the tools and training needed to thrive. If you have any questions or suggestions on how we can better serve you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for being a part of FRVTA, and I look forward to seeing many of you at our upcoming regional shows and training sessions!

Best regards,
Sean Thompson
President, FRVTA Board of Directors
