This election cycle, Florida House candidates raised over $30,000,000 into their campaign coffers. Republican candidates have shown remarkable financial support, collectively raising over $21 million across Florida’s House races. That’s a two-to-one advantage over Florida Democrats. Florida’s Six Ballot Amendments

Don’t forget that six amendments to the state’s constitution will be on the ballot, each with potential impacts on our state’s policies. Make sure to review them in advance to make informed choices:

  • Amendment 1: Partisan School Board Members – This amendment proposes to require school board members to run as partisan candidates.
  • Amendment 2: Right to Hunt and Fish – This amendment aims to enshrine the right to hunt and fish in Florida’s constitution.
  • Amendment 3: Recreational Marijuana – This amendment seeks to legalize recreational marijuana use for adults in Florida.
  • Amendment 4: Abortion Expansion – This amendment proposes to expand access to abortion services in the state.
  • Amendment 5: Homestead Annual Inflation Adjustment – This amendment would allow for adjustments to the homestead exemption based on annual inflation.
  • Amendment 6: Eliminating Public Campaign Financing – This amendment aims to abolish the current system of public campaign financing for candidates.
