The annual election of FRVTA State Officers will take place during the 2026 FRVTA State Convention, September 10–13, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs.

In accordance with the FRVTA By-Laws, the Nominating Committee would like to hear from any qualified candidates who are interested in submitting their name for nomination to a State Office.

To qualify for a State Officer position, a nominee must have served a minimum of one year on the FRVTA Board of Directors and must be employed by an FRVTA member organization. Only an owner, corporate officer, sole proprietor, or assigned designee is eligible to run for State Office.

State Officers are elected by majority vote to one-year terms.

The following positions, with the exception of the Chairman, are open to challenge by any board member that meets the criteria required to hold a State Board position. If no challenger emerges or expresses a desire to run for an office, the position will be continued to be held by the current officer unless they no longer desire to continue serving.
