FRVTA Region 7 members once again demonstrated their commitment to community service and outreach this December, directing charitable donations to three meaningful organizations: Interfaith Emergency Services, Care Camps, and Dogs Inc. These contributions reflect the region’s longstanding belief that supporting families, children, and local organizations strengthens both the RV industry and the communities in which we live and work.

During the Region 7 annual Christmas party on December 16, 2025, Region 7 President George Grimm presented a $3,000 donation to Interfaith Emergency Services. Accepting the donation on behalf of the organization was CEO Karla Greenway. Interfaith Emergency Services plays a vital role in providing food, shelter, medical assistance, and emergency support to individuals and families facing hardship. Their work ensures that vulnerable residents have access to essential services and compassionate care when they need it most.
Region 7 also extended support to Care Camps, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children with cancer and their families experience the healing power of camp. Through specialized medically supervised camp programs across the United States and Canada, Care Camps give children facing serious illness the chance to build friendships, enjoy outdoor activities, and regain a sense of normalcy in a safe environment. FRVTA’s support helps these camps continue offering life-enriching experiences at no cost to families.

The organization’s work not only transforms the lives of the individuals who receive service dogs but also strengthens the bond between people and animals in a meaningful way.
Region 7’s leadership emphasized that these contributions are made possible through the ongoing support and participation of FRVTA members. Whether through regional meetings, local RV shows, or collaborative initiatives, member engagement allows FRVTA to reinvest in communities and organizations making a difference.
As Region 7 looks ahead to the coming year, the group remains committed to community involvement and philanthropy, continuing the tradition of supporting organizations that align with FRVTA’s values of service, education, and outreach.
